A Tradition of Giving Since 1742
In the spirit of Handel’s first Messiah—premiered as a charity concert in 1742—Spire invites you to support Children’s Mercy this season.
Bring a new, unwrapped toy or make a financial contribution at the December 23 performance. Your generosity brings joy, comfort, and moments of hope to children receiving care. (All items must be new, latex-free, odor-free, and in original packaging. See list of most-needed items and guidelines, here.)
You're invited to special evening where harmony meets illumination and voices truly inspire — all for the future of Spire.
"Out of the gate Spire’s vocal sound is highly impressive: rich, full-bodied and historically informed." KC Studio critic Tim McDonald lauds Spire Chamber Ensemble’s Reflections concert for its precision and artistry.
The Spire Chamber Ensemble, in collaboration with the acclaimed William Jewell College Concert Choir, will present "Reflections," an extraordinary concert experience that bridges five centuries of choral music through inspired pairings of Renaissance masterworks and contemporary compositions.
